Class Descriptions

Fitness is our motivation, pole dancing is an option.

Pole Fitness lessons tailored to any skill level. From beginner classes designed to get you comfortable and friendly with a pole to advanced classes. Plus a few unexpected surprises...

For those seeking non-pole fitness, we offer more than just pole fitness. Classes such as conditioning, flexibility, Zumba, and burlesque maybe on our schedule. Our programs are constantly changing and evolving as we introduce more curriculum to Paso Robles. Be sure to check our schedule for the most current offerings. 

All of our non-pole classes are available to everyone at any fitness level.

Current Class Schedule

Coursed Pole Fitness Classes

Pole does not have to be intimidating, that is why we offer leveled classes that will build your strength, confidence & technique. Leveled classes meet once a week four weeks for level 1 and eight weeks for all other levels. We require all new students to take level 1 and progress through the levels.

Level 1

Level 1 Beginner

Allow us to not only introduce you to a friend, the pole but also to the fabulous pole kitten inside of you. This is an entry level coursed class designed to help you gain confidence and strength while learning the fundamentals.

Experience required: None

Length: Once a week for four weeks

Membership: Intro Offer

Level 2

Level 2 Beginner

Now that you have met your new friend we will build upon the fundamentals you have learned. Adding more spins and transitions to your journal of moves, all the while conditioning and strengthening your muscles.

Experience required: Level 1 course

Length: Once a week for twelve weeks +

Membership: Pole Membership Required

Level 3

Level 3 Beginner - Intermediate

With your newly gained confidence we will now venture into the land of inversions and give you a completely new view on life.​ 

Experience required: Level 2 course

These offerings can accompany your leveled class or stand alone to help give you a well balanced and rounded fitness journey. They build on top of the skills you are learning while giving you a different avenue to apply them.

Flow with Leigh

Sexier Side

Explore the sexier side of your personality & pole dancing with our flow class. Perfect your movements in an empowering low lit room that offers you a chance to move without hesitation or judgment.

Experience required: Currently be enrolled in a leveled class at Boundless Fitness or pole experience.

Membership: Pole Membership, Drop Ins for past members only or experienced polers.

Head Space

Puzzle

Play with us as we combine different moves together while maintaining a persona the whole time. Give your brain a chance to relax and just explore movement. 

Experience required: Currently be enrolled in a leveled class at Boundless Fitness or pole experience.

Membership: Pole Membership, Drop Ins for past members only or experienced polers.

Non-Pole Classes

If you are not ready to jump straight into pole fitness then our non-pole classes are for you.

Flexibility

Stretch

Spend an hour touching base with your body through gentle stretches that improve flexibility and moment. 

Experience required: None

Conditioning

Build Strength

Train using your own body weight as a tool to gain muscle & strength.

Adult Camp

Games

Join our instructors as we work up a sweat while toning your muscles. Think about all those fun camp games you played while you were younger... now add a fitness aspect to them!

Burlesque

Chair

Get a saucy, sexy workout, while learning classic cabaret dance moves and more modern vixen floor moves with our Burlesque class. Each class begins with increasing flexibility and core strengthening. The second half is choreography, usually

incorporating the chair.
